Zenobia was a Roman emperor and is attested as pharaoh in hieroglyphic inscriptions in Egypt. This ruler was a rival pharaoh, claiming the throne at the same time as another ruler. Reign: 270–272 AD.

What is known about Zenobia

After her conquest of Egypt she declared herself Queen of Egypt. She is also said to have claimed descent from Cleopatra VII.
